Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high shipping volumes.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Conscious Cutlery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
